Outreach Around the World

Peter and Melodye Bowers

Missionary leaders with Christar in Mãlaga, Spain. Christar exists because entire people groups still have no access to the transforming love of God.

Tanis and Esther Derolus

The Deroluses preach and teach in Las Colinas, Dominican Republic. Tanis and Esther serve the Lord together along with their family on the main campus of Colegio Moriah in San Pedro de Macorís.

Strengthening and encouraging believers, planting new churches, discipling new and existing members within the Haitian community of the DR. Through Vision Integral Community Center, they provide services in La Romana, especially to the Haitian immigrants.

HeartCry Missionary Society

Advancing the Great Commission through the mobilization and equipping of indigenous missionaries throughout the globe, serving as an intermediary between the missionary and individuals who support them through their prayers and giving.

Farthest Corners

Farthest Corners expresses God’s love in remote regions of Asia where suffering exists by providing humanitarian aid for the great spiritual, physical, and educational needs of the people.
Empowered and inspired by God’s love, we envision the Kingdom of God being built throughout Asia by sharing the uplifting message of Jesus Christ.

Samaritan’s Purse

Samaritan’s Purse is a nondenominational evangelical Christian organization providing spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world. Since 1970, Samaritan’s Purse has helped meet needs of people who are victims of war, poverty, natural disasters, disease, and famine with the purpose of sharing God’s love through His Son, Jesus Christ.

Friends of Colegio Moriah

Colegio Evangélico Moriah is a Christian School serving Haitian and Dominican children in a village on the outskirts of San Pedro de Macorís. We support their work through regular giving to the administration and upkeep of the facilities. Our Sunday School offerings are also used to sponsor students at Colegio Moriah.

Brad and Robin lead Navigators at Penn State University. PSU Navs is an on-campus Christian community that is committed to knowing Christ and making him known at Penn State and beyond!

Cameron and Michaela Jones

Cameron and Michaela lead Navigators at Rowan University. The Navigators at Rowan exists to know Christ, make Him known, and help others do the same.

Risk Takers for Christ

Risk Takers for Christ‘s mission is to reach at-risk youth and the community at-large with the Gospel of Jesus Christ by engaging them in athletic competition and providing positive male role models.
Based on 35 years of prison ministry, the goal is to reach at-risk youth with the Gospel before they get into trouble with the law.

Institute for Creation Research

For over five decades, the Institute for Creation Research has equipped believers with evidence of the Bible’s accuracy and authority through scientific research, educational programs, and media presentations, all conducted within a thoroughly biblical framework.

Our Daily Bread

Our Daily Bread Publishing is committed to feeding the soul through books that foster growth and godliness in the lives of God’s people. Materials remain focused on Scripture to show reverence for God and His Word, to demonstrate the relevance of vibrant faith, and to help equip all to live out God’s truth in our daily lives.

Family Life Ministries

Impacting lives with the nessage of hope found in Jesus Christ. Family Life does this through Christian radio, performing arts, biblical counseling, and a variety of concerts and events with the purpose of spreading the Gospel.

Outreach in Tioga County

Child Evangelism Fellowship of Tioga County

A Bible-centered, interdenominational, worldwide organization, composed of born-again believers whose mission is to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, disciple them in the Word of God, and establish them in a Bible-believing church for Christian living.

Heart of Tioga

Christian Pregnancy Center located on US Route 6 between Wellsboro and Mansfield.

Private and professional medical care and support services for women.

His Thousand Hills

Hosting church, homeschool, Bible study, camp, VBS, retreat, and summer events in the beautiful Endless Mountains of Northern Pennsylvania.

Kate Dematatis

Kate is administrative assistant for Planted at His Thousand Hills. Planted is a 9-month gap year program intentionally crafted for high school graduates, ages 18-24, who desire to be grounded and to grow in their knowledge of, trust in, and love for Jesus Christ.

Tioga County Homeless Initiative

The Tioga County Homeless Initiative (TCHI) is a faith-based nonprofit organization that began its work in 2011. It provides emergency shelter and supportive services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Tioga County. With help from local churches, volunteers, and community partners, TCHI offers a safe place to stay, meals, and assistance with housing, employment, and healthcare.

Wellsboro Area Food Pantry

The mission of the Wellsboro Area Food Pantry is to provide food for families in need. They distribute food to low income households twice a month. Housed in the lower level of the Wellsboro United Methodist Church on the corner of Main and Queen Streets, the Wellsboro Area Food Pantry does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability.

First Baptist Church Student Scholarships

For over 60 years, the Laura Lawton Legacy and the Ethel Cockburn Legacy funds have provided encouragement to young people as they prepare for a Christian vocation or full-time ministry.
