Financial Assistance Request for Non-Members

FBC offers assistance to those who are struggling financially. When a gift is given to a requestor, there is no requirement for repayment.

FBC will not provide assistance for cable, internet, cell phones, credit card bills, or legal fees. If funds are approved, checks will be sent directly to the creditor to pay a utility bill, rent or other approved expense.

In order to receive assistance from FBC, please complete the application below in its entirety. Requests will be reviewed and notification will be given to you by telephone. Your request will be processed as soon as possible.
